I have been practicing manual bodywork therapy since 2007, dedicating myself to building my practice and refining my craft. Through this journey, I have explored the depth and transformative power of the five bodies (physical, energetic, emotional, spiritual and mental) that compose and express the essence of Life within each of us.

Three core modalities

To support the integration of the five bodies, my professional practice is centered on these three core modalities:

Somatoemotional release (SER)

partners with CST by helping to free the body from unresolved emotional and energetic patterns that may be held within the tissues of the physical body.

Craniosacral therapy (CST)

is a gentle, hands-on approach that enhances the functioning of the craniosacral system — the membranes and the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid that protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. By facilitating the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive healthcare measure to bolster resistance to diseases and conditions.

Visit the Upledger Institute to learn more about the conditions CST can address.

 Lymphatic balancing (LB)

is a noninvasive, rhythmic technique that stimulates the lymphatic system. It encourages the movement of lymph to clear excess fluid (lymphedema) and waste, restoring balance within the physical body.

About sessions

A session with me is fully clothed, so come dressed comfortably. Sometimes a session is quiet, and sometimes clients need to talk, verbalize or cry. All of this is welcome and honored.
